  Suppose to open at 10am, it is now 10:15 with a bunch people in the lobby standing infront of a lowered gate. No staff in the location. Not the first time they’ve arrived late to open leaving no one in the store. Happens all the time. Not even apologetic about it.

  Horrible experience! The lady with the ethnic background from India is such a rude person. She should calm her tone a few notches and learn how to communicate with people. If you don’t like people, maybe you should find a job that doesn’t deal with customer service.

  they don't answer their phone. they keep a package in their location for months causing me to get hit with a 220.20 charge from ATT about not returning the ATT router. and REFUSE to answer their phone. DONT use this UPS store. go to a alternative location.

  Mckenzie needs more customer service skill, had an attitude after asking if she could add the unit # of the mail I was shipping, she said no; the system wouldnt let her. So I didnt want to take any risk or delay my mail so I went to a Fedex 5mns from there and they were able to do with no problem.
