  This was a wonderful visit to this UPS! Shukri was super helpful with my Amazon return, and assisted me with how to properly return my things. Couldn't have asked for a better person! Will definitely return in the future!

  I go to 7296 for the friendly staff and polite experience. I have another UPS store closer to me but I know I’m going to have a nice and stress-free exchange when I go here.

  Outstanding friendly service! The employee had already printed and charged me for a store-provided label when I realized an eBay-provided shipping label was significantly less expensive. They were happy to refund the charge and switch to the other label despite me creating additional work for them. Much appreciated!

  My item was supposed to be delivered to my home address, but instead it was sent to a store for pickup. When I called customer service, I was told that the driver decides where customers' items are delivered. I find that unacceptable, especially since I do not have a car and cannot easily get to the store. What was even more frustrating was being told that there was no explanation available for why my delivery was changed. If a package cannot be delivered as scheduled, customers deserve a clear reason and better communication.
