  The experience from which I just heard from my brother that was in there seconds ago was appalling, being told he cannot be in there after he was told he could by another employee was a man who yelled at my brother from the beginning of this situation. He was told that buying something would make no difference and that he should still leave, as someone who works in customer service hearing about this is disappointing and I will be reaching out to see if anything can be done about this situation because its 2026 we should not be acting this

  I asked for more green peppers and the guy said no. Subways policy says unlimited vegetables.
