  Very frustrating experience. Their posted hours clearly say they close at 1:30 AM. I drove here specifically because they were supposed to be open and arrived at 1:00 AM. The sign still says “OPEN,” but the door is locked. I waited outside until 1:20 AM and no one came or responded. If you’re going to advertise that you’re open until 1:30, customers should be able to rely on those hours especially when they drive out of their way to get here. Please update your hours or actually remain open until the posted closing time.

  Prices are too high and customer service sucks and out of items like wraps for the protein pocket but said in a rude way.

  I don't mean to come off across as rude, but there's an employee that crumbles your vegetables, forces cheese and sauce first before meat and vegetables. I've worked at 5 subways across 3 different states, so I am knowledgeable and aware of the structure, and never have I had a sandwich artist force my sandwich to be made out of order ..., it didn't matter for me in the sense of I have to have something put on there first, but the employee was insisted that it had to be cheese and sauce first... good customer service avoids confrontation and increases the likelihood of a returning customer. sure you could have a customer replace me, but I'm pretty sure anyone who encounters this employee will not enjoy their experience here. so 1 customer turns to many more that do not return here. also the customer before me paid in cash and this employee handed back what seemed like a minimum of 5$ worth of coins back to him. I'm not too sure the employee is looking for the benefit of the company and future customers

  Great service! And fast even that there was just one employee. Kudos to him!
