    I was about to order food and I watched the gentleman wipe his nose and then touch the bread without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Grossed me out enough not to order.

    Their bathroom was dirty and the worker didnt ask me if I wanted plain chicken or premixed teriyaki chicken. I noticed their veggies arent very fresh too. I dont think i would come back here. 🙄

    How hard is it to put some lettuce on a VEGGIE sandwich? Every time. Barely any lettuce. It’s not rocket science

    I found a finger nail inside my sandwich that I pre ordered on the app. I called them and explained what I found in my sandwich and she said it was not possible, as I am literally looking at the nail that was just in my sandwich. I then tell her it is very much possible, and I was willing to drive back to the location and show her since it was hard for her to believe, and she proceeds to say “well why are you calling? if you came earlier why didn’t you call us earlier?” and I tell her I had just ordered from them, got home and started eating the sandwich which is when I noticed, not more than an hour had passed since I ordered it. She was not helpful at all and denied this ever being a possibility. I am really disgusted.

    The food is always very mediocre, I think because the lady genuinely hates her job so she throws everything in the sandwich and doesn’t try to make them presentable. The service is bad, the lady is rude and very stand of-ish like she genuinely doesn’t care. Very unhelpful. I bought 2 bottled drinks and was charged extra for it but was given 2 fountain drinks and waved off. The atmosphere is bad. If you cannot have good customer service I don’t know why you’d get a job serving customers. Overall experience very bad, this is my closest subway but I will be traveling further to avoid this Subway. Very disappointed.
