  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this FedEx location. The employee helping me was extremely rude from the moment I walked in — no greeting, no professionalism, just immediately asking, “What’s in the box?” in a disrespectful tone. The interaction became so uncomfortable that another employee had to step in and help me finish mailing my package. I appreciate the lady who assisted me afterward, because she was the only positive part of the visit. Customer service and basic respect go a long way, and unfortunately this experience completely turned me away from using FedEx again. Zero stars for this visit.

  We had an excellent experience at this FedEx previously but our most recent visit was very disappointing. We asked for least expensive way to send our package which should have been FedEx Ground but were charged Express rate (triple the cost) which took a week to arrive. FedEx Ground to the same location took 1-2 days and was a much better rate. Our transaction was not handled properly.
