  Don't ever go there, the lady there is very rude, will not take care of you, and won't even listen to the customer's problems, she will come up with dumb excuses to not take care of you, she was at the burien location before, she totally said to my wife that she was being upset , when she was trying to find out why her plan was changed and charged double...and when she did not have an answer she just walked away...this would be the last month my wife will be with cricket.. we're telling everyone .

  Cricket wireless has been a lifesaver! I paid $100 for my phone and it's $30 for each line. So I only pay $100 each month for unlimited text and calling because I added insurance to all the phones. When I was going to be late on my phone bill I called them for help. They told me to come into the store and they extended the due date by 9 days for $20. However, the phones do not have a lot of data. They have enough if you're not using it as a digital camera. The only other negative is that if you do not pay your phone bill by the due date each month you will lose your phone number within I think 24 to 48 hours. For a single mom with kids the pros outweigh the cons big-time!

  Covington store was a disaster came to the kent location with better hopes. Highly dissatisfied i went in on a Thursday july 26th 2018 For a phone i called previously and asked for the store hours ahead of time before i even drove over ther and i got there and seen a note on the door "due to emergency store is close early" wow. Such a big company and cant keep it their store open. It says 10-8 on the door . I attached a picture of the note as well. I hope bigger management can take care of this since the manager at this location really just does not care about her customers or store.
