  The food was fine, but the manager’s behavior was unacceptable. The employee who took our order was friendly and helpful, yet the manager publicly scolded and threatened to write him up for adding “too many” olives to my daughter’s sandwich. She continued to criticize him loudly in front of customers, which was unprofessional and embarrassing to witness. The employee handled the situation with remarkable patience and professionalism. He deserves recognition from sure, the manager needs better manners and likely some leadership training!

  This subway was out of a common sandwich item at 12PM (normal lunch time) and also was almost entirely out of cookies. The few they had left were stale. The staff were helpful and kind, but unfortunately I cannot leave a positive review.

  Me and my wife went to this subway today around 11:30 and the older blonde lady who is a manager there made our sandwiches, when it came time for the toppings, I noticed both the lettuce and tomato hoppers were almost empty and the lettuce was brown instead of green and the tomatoes were just the ends and little pieces, but there was a fresh bin of lettuce and a fresh bin of tomato slices right there like they were gonna swap them out, we both asked for lettuce and tomatoes and to our surprise instead of using the nice fresh toppings that we’re sitting right there she used the remaining crappy brown lettuce and tomatoe bits and pieces that should have been discarded. I was pretty pissed off but I didn’t say anything, paid with cash and walked out with our sub par sandwiches and I’m thinking, Okay lady, if you were making that sandwich for yourself would you use the crap that should be thrown out or the nice fresh delicious ingredients? WTH! Do better! You’re a manager there! I usually tip pretty good but you didn’t get one today. In hindsight we should’ve just turned and walked out while she was putting the crap on our sandwich, We paid full price and expect for you to use good ingredients, you made the sandwich with the throw away crap like it was gonna be a free sandwich, Do Better!!!! Next time I come in you owe me 2 free sandwiches!

  Worst sub I’ve ever had. Used to eat Subway all the time. First time at this place. Not only what’s a sub horrible. The bread tasted like it was a day or two old. Heart is a rock. The meat was warm in didn’t taste good at all I’ve ended up throwing the whole sub away. The lady behind the counter I don’t know if she was the boss. I felt sorry for that. poor kid, she was yelling at him in front of customers berating him. And telling him what he was doing wrong. Picture of the woman who was yelling is in the picture. Picture of the sub is just gross. I’ll throw both of them in the garbage.

  INNCIDENT HAPPENED 2-8-26: I was on road trip, my dad and I stopped to get gas, and get a bite to eat. I went in the subway to get my sandwich while my dad was filling up the car. After he was done with the car, he came over to the subway, there was 2 people working. One of them was a lady, and she was working in the back. The other person was a very young guy, seemed like he was in high school. He finished giving me my food. When I was finished paying for my food, he just looked at my dad and backed away to the back, didn't even say a word to him, he didn't even help him. The girl in the back asked him if he was going to help my dad, and the young boy just shrugged. My dad and I walked out immediately. The young man was never very helpful when he was making my food either. Everytime there was a time to add something to the sandwich, he would drop the bread on the board and look at me, he wouldn't ask if I wanted something from that station on my sandwich. And when he cashed me out, he didn't say anything. He just looked at me when the price was posted. He acted like he just wanted to sit and play on his phone. That's why I thought he was in high school. You're going to lose customers if you have that young man working. Very rude and unprofessional... The lady should've came out and helped my dad at the very least, But she didn't seem to bother to come out from the back either.
