  Nothing pisses off a customer more than going in with 15 minutes till close and the employee won't make you a sandwich because "we are closing in 15 minutes" Absolutely rediculous.

  40 minutes to get a single sandwich. For the love of god please staff more than a single worker at a time.

  I really get disappointed when a chain does not participate in in promotions. We came in here and they do not participate in any promotions . Also to only have 1 bread available at 5:12 pm is unacceptable. I and my family and neighbors will not order from a certain pizza hut location just because of the same reason as above. Talk about poor poor customer service. We will not ever frequent this establishment and will post on social media and spread to family and friends.
