  Fedex gets rated poor for customer service overall for receiving a package and very poor for phone service. It is very difficult to get a person and typically that person knows nothing. Here is some info you might need to know--things shipped here from internationally or from many parts in the U.S. come in through and are delivered to Tricities, WA, addresses from Spokane. If you aren't going to be at home to take delivery on the day they say during an "update" and you want it held at the Fedex in Kennewick (or other option they give you), it's going to stay on the truck all day and go back to Spokane, be re-processed there, and be sent out out again who knows how many days later to go to that place. And good luck finding out where in that process your package actually is or what's happening to it during that time. Getting the package to you is no longer their priority, if it ever was, but just something hopefully on somebody's "to-do" list somewhere, sometime.

  just a suggestion when you’re hrs say 9 am that means you are open at 9 am not when you decide to open i will go to a location that actually opens by there hrs
