  I gave it a 3 for the simple reason of one employee was simply unhelpful and anything I suggested was met with a no ! Came in the next day and the employee on shift went above and beyond and I didn't mention my previous experience so I know they have good work ethic

  I am taking a moment of my time to tell you what a great experience I had today at the Clearwater Ave Kennewick location. It was 100% do to meeting and being helped by Crystal J. ! Turns out, I was stressed about something I did not even need to worry about! Crystal J. helped me to go from having a stressful day, to feeling like I had just won the Lottery! Customer service is alive in this location, and all because of Crystal taking the time to hear out my concerns, and without hesitation she made me feel happier and appreciated like simple words can't possibly describe to others. So if you need to find a great cell phone carrier or a location that values both your business, and your time then look no further! I hope Cricket understands that someone like Crystal J. is one of the great reasons people like myself will show my appreciation to that business, and to the great Spirit she showed me and how it made my life, feel so much better than I could ever have imagined!
