  It is so nice having UPS so close! All the employees are so nice, helpful & kind. Everything you need in one store!

  I had a very bad experience at this UPS location. The employees clearly do not know how to properly do their job. I came in with a return that was supposed to be free, but instead I was charged for a box and a return label. No one even tried to help or explain anything. They just charged me money without offering any solution or support. This is not acceptable at all. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The way they spoke to me was disrespectful, and I even felt uncomfortable because of how they reacted to my accent. Overall, terrible customer service, poor knowledge, and no willingness to help customers. I would not recommend this location.

  Store #1933 is a rip-off. Not only do they overcharge, they made a clerical error on a $53 label, addressing it back to their own store, and the owner (Priya) is refusing to refund the money, claiming they are 'Not UPS.' Avoid this location; they keep your money even when they make the mistake. Go to Pony Express or use the CVS drop box in the same parking lot instead. Dont pay $35 for someone to tape your box.
