  Excellent customer service! The manager went above and beyond to ensure my refund was issued for a delayed delivery. Overall great service every time I visited.

  Worst experience ever. Will not return to this location. It took them 25 min to package. The person had to take so many breaks. Unbelievable. Will find other locations to go to.

  ThisUPS store is the BEST!!! Since moving to the area a little over a year ago I've been in many times. I'm always greeted kindly and when I have questions or I need help, they are always very helpful, friendly and polite. I'm not very tech savvy but never have I been made to feel bad about that. The young men are so kind to me and are willing to answer any questions I may have. I would not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

  Damian helped us with notary services when his co-worker said it’s was already 5pm. Really appreciate the extra effort and excellent service!!!! Would recommend anyone to this store to ask for Damian!!!!
