  I love going to the UPS Store in Issaquah Highlands! The two employees there—a woman with a cute hairstyle and a man with a sweet smile and a small mustache—are absolutely amazing. They are always so patient, welcoming, and kind. Every time I visit, they brighten my day with their warm smiles and positive attitudes. Their outstanding customer service and genuine friendliness make every experience a pleasure. Thank you both for always making customers feel valued and appreciated!

  I love this UPS. Go here. They are so friendly and so helpful. No matter the drive, this is the place I can always count on! Also, Damian is very helpful and always has a smile, and I just feel very welcome every time I have a package or a return.

  This UPS shop is always neat and tidy, making every visit a pleasure. The three young employees are fantastic — very helpful, respectful, and friendly. They always greet you warmly as soon as you enter. They go out of their way to quickly find items, offer excellent product recommendations, help with packaging, and provide the best solutions without any upsell. Excellent service! Highly recommended.
