Ordered lunch for our family from the App. Got the order confirmation and another food almost ready for pickup email. Got to the store at 1:40pm on a SAT, only to be told that they ran out of all bread, only a few wraps were left. We were okay with the wraps and requested the wraps to be toasted, the guy wouldn’t do that, nor did he offer to toast the meat and cheese separately for us. We had no choice but to accept a refund. Reported the problem to the store manager, who also claimed to be the district manager, she confirmed that the staff should have called us, and they do toast meat and cheese separately although they don’t toast wraps. She offered us a 15% discount for our next visit which’s not even a decent discount. Subway’s digital coupons are typical 30% off and sometimes even BOGO. Honestly, I don’t think the people here cares about what they are doing. Staffs simply ignore us when our food is out of stock at first, no intention to toast the meat and cheese when we want a warm sandwich. Manager doesn’t care at all, she said she’s also the district manager, and that I can complain to headquarters if not happy with the 15% discount. Subway is really going downhill.
