    Tried calling and got looped to the terrible, useless ai bot that never let me talk to an agent. The bots options did not have what I wanted to ask and didn't ever let me speak with someone who can actually help. Please stop using these useless bots they just waste everyone's time.

    Poor Customer Review Hello, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with a recent customer service experience at one of your FedEx locations. During my visit to pick up a package, I was assisted by two older female employees who were extremely rigid, unhelpful, and dismissive. Rather than attempting to help me resolve the situation or clearly explain my options, they strictly adhered to policies without any effort to offer alternatives or show basic courtesy. Their tone felt condescending, and I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for assistance with my package. There were many additional details surrounding this interaction that I have chosen not to include here, but the experience was significant enough that I contacted FedEx customer service directly to report and document the ordeal. I understand that policies exist for a reason, but good customer service also requires flexibility, empathy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, none of those were demonstrated during this interaction. The experience was unnecessarily stressful and left me frustrated and disappointed in FedEx as a company. I have used FedEx many times in the past and have generally expected better service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve customer interactions at this location.
