  Protip: I stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes before a woman came out and said "we don't watch this room, you should have rang the doorbell" and pointed out a small button in the middle of the counter. Never would have noticed that. So if you are ever here. Save some precious moments in your short life and look for the goddamn doorbell button in the middle of the counter. But I get it. I wouldn't want to stand around getting paid to do nothing all day either 🙃

  Tried calling and got looped to the terrible, useless ai bot that never let me talk to an agent. The bots options did not have what I wanted to ask and didn't ever let me speak with someone who can actually help. Please stop using these useless bots they just waste everyone's time.
