  I don't know how much yall are paying Logan, but that man needs a raise! He is a printing wizard. Logan was very polite and was able to help me quickly figure out some issues with the document I was printing.

  Recently, I came here to have my passport photo taken. After the photo was taken, the employee and I realized my shirt was too light to show up properly in the picture. I mentioned that I could come back another day wearing a different shirt, but the employee (I forgot his name but he was a taller guy) kindly offered to grab his own jacket so I could still take the photo that day. Thanks to his thoughtfulness, I was able to submit my passport renewal right away instead of having to make another trip. I’ve had other positive experiences at this location as well, but this one really stood out because he went above and beyond. Thank you again for letting me borrow the red flannel! I shall remember this every time I have my passport stamped haha.

  This place always provides high-quality services for printing, mailing and workstation despite a little bit expensive cost. All staff are amazing, but Logan is super impressive and went out of his way to help customers! Also, weird there is NO air conditioner in this store! I can't imagine the uncomfortable to work here for long hours during summer. Store owner, can't you treat your employees better by putting an AC?

  I had two great experiences at this FedEx location in April, and I really want to recognize Andy for his outstanding service. The first time, he helped me ship my computer. I was having a really tough day after being laid off, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. That level of empathy meant more than I can put into words. The second time, I was trying to use the self-service printing machine for the first time and was a bit confused. Andy stepped in right away and walked me through everything with so much patience and clarity. Both times, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. He made me feel respected and heard as a customer, which is rare these days. Highly recommend this location, and a big thank you to Andy for going above and beyond!
