  Terrible. Shipping. Service. Waited all morning for an estimated delivery of 9-1 for a signature delivery. After 1, it was updated to before 10PM. Then, 3 hours later and waiting, checking for someone to come and knock on the door, I checked outside and saw a miss delivery slip. I'm so happy I scheduled with work to be at home all morning amd afternoon to miss a delivery where they didn't even bother to knock on my door.

  I just did a very dumb 'karen' thing and two guys in this store worked hard and graciously to help me fix it and fix it we did. Their kindness and patience has now made this FedEx office my shipper of choice forever. Thank you!

  I don't know how much yall are paying Logan, but that man needs a raise! He is a printing wizard. Logan was very polite and was able to help me quickly figure out some issues with the document I was printing.

  Recently, I came here to have my passport photo taken. After the photo was taken, the employee and I realized my shirt was too light to show up properly in the picture. I mentioned that I could come back another day wearing a different shirt, but the employee (I forgot his name but he was a taller guy) kindly offered to grab his own jacket so I could still take the photo that day. Thanks to his thoughtfulness, I was able to submit my passport renewal right away instead of having to make another trip. I’ve had other positive experiences at this location as well, but this one really stood out because he went above and beyond. Thank you again for letting me borrow the red flannel! I shall remember this every time I have my passport stamped haha.
