  ​I rarely leave reviews like this, but my recent experience at the Subway near Aberdeen was incredibly frustrating. The food was definitely subpar compared to standard Subway quality, but the terrible service from the rude and lazy staff was the real issue. ​I ordered two protein wraps and simply asked to hold the ham and substitute it for extra salami instead. I was flat-out told that I couldn't substitute or customize the meal. Trying to compromise, I asked them to just leave the ham off and said I would gladly pay for two extra sides of salami. Both employees argued with me, claiming they couldn't do that because "the cameras watch them" to make sure they don't give out too much meat, and bizarrely stated that "no double protein orders are allowed." ​I will admit that out of sheer frustration with these ridiculous excuses, I lost my cool, raised my voice, and used some profanity. After that, they finally allowed me to order just one single side of additional salami. The only reason I didn't press the issue further or just walk out was because I had hungry children with me who were waiting to eat. ​The reasons given for refusing basic, paid customizations were absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and grab food somewhere else.

  Good food but the guy who was serving food kept coughing while making my sandwich. I don't have time to get sick when the employee is coughing all over the food and the work stations.

  Excellent service! The employees were welcoming, worked efficiently, and made my sandwich perfectly. Everything was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was outstanding. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, highly recommend this Subway location!

  This is my favorite Subway to visit in Grays Harbor. This store is always clean and has a great vibe. The staff here are quick to greet and so personable. Always a great experience!
