  How is it that when I place my order an hour ahead of time for it to be ready by the time I get there, it’s not ready yet because “We have a lot of customers”? This frequently happens, too. I worked in the industry, I know it gets busy. But online orders being pushed back because of in person customers is absolutely ridiculous. MAKE ORDERS AS THEY COME IN!

  Worst sub I’ve ever received from a subway the two sandwiches I got were entirely different from what was ordered got a meatball with zero Mariana it’s like they went out of their way to make the sandwich as bad as possible including not even adding the pepperoni the sub came with

  The ladies working were nice enough, but the sandwich was lightly laden, which may be the company spec but was rather disappointing.

  I bought a foot long turkey sandwich this morning. Three sandwich appeared to be either 1" or 1-1/2" narrower than what the sandwiches used to be? (I'd last had subway about 3 months ago in bremerton). They also did not lay the 6 slices of turkey folded like I was used to & cheese appeared to be full slices instead of half triangular shape they used to be? She said they'd changed some things about how they made them when she saw my confusion. Overall, got a bag of chips & it was around $20 with tip? For the price, I'll go down the road to a competitor for another sandwich around same price but larger (thicker and longer). Just seems to be like almost everyone had shrinkflation on their agenda except for other sub sandwich shop I first visited 2 days before.
