Very very messy in there My dad's a lawyer and I'm very picky about my food whoever the owner or the manager is you need to be on top of your people cuz whoever just served me today at 8:36 p.m. she was on a phone call there was a piece of hair in the provolone cheese I tipped her a dollar for making my sandwich pretty good I'm on my way to work so I couldn't go nowhere else I was very scared to eat here got to do better just know if I get sick I know from where and I'm coming to y'all
Parents ate there a few days ago. Chick there who barely even understood or spoke English entered their order incorrectly even when they brought coupons. My mom saw the receipt — what was supposed to be a 8.99 and 5.99 meal came out to a total of $23 and some change. Instead, she punched in everything individually and told them coupons don’t work. When my parents finally sat down to eat, they heard her say “if you don’t have money, don’t come.” They send out coupons for a reason. Unprofessional .

I’ve been getting sandwiches here for my lunch at work and every time I go to pick up my sub isn’t toasted. They’re always very friendly and the customer service is great but please toast my sandwich if it’s supposed to be toasted 🥲 I wouldn’t be posting this if it wasn’t more than 3 times. Please read your online orders more thoroughly. It sucks to buy your coworkers sandwiches and have them made wrong each time.

I recently visited the Subway location on 70th Avenue in Fife today, May 26, 2026, at around 07:09 PM, and had a disappointing experience. I politely asked the employee to change gloves because she had touched meat before preparing my sandwich, and I do not eat meat. She said she changed them, but I clearly noticed that she did not. That is a serious hygiene and customer respect issue.
I also pay extra for additional toppings every time I order, but during this visit the employee commented that I had “made a mess” with my sandwich because of the extra ingredients. That comment felt rude and unprofessional. Customers should not be made to feel bad for customizing food they are paying for.
Food preferences, cleanliness, and respectful customer service should be taken more seriously at this location.

Very disappointed. Did an online order and my son’s sandwich had cold bacon and my wife ordered a flatbread sandwich and that wasn’t toasted. Probably won’t be back. The store was a ghost town, could have taken to 2 minutes to do things correctly.
