1. You need to accept coupons. So many times offers aren't available at this location.
2. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, especially during dinner time, there is ONE person here. It's not their fault staffing is allocated this way, that's management. But you really need to not have 1 person slogging away and feeling pressure of a line during dinner rushes. If anything I feel bad for the employee as they are doing their best. Management, stop making 1 person work 2x harder and making customers wait 30 minutes for a sandwich because you want to save a few dollars.

The young man was very polite & listened attentively to what I wanted in each sandwich! Gave them a good tip, too! Very clean place, too!!

The guy with the longish hair usually wears a necklace is the best subway employee I’ve ever seen. Customer service is spectacular. Give that guy a raise!
