  Customer service was horrible! Im returning an item and because it didn't come in abox i had to pay $ 32.00 for a box. 2nd the Agent was rude not friendly and didn't even speak or explain the process.

  I rent a mailbox from this location due to my work / home schedule. For the last 18 months I have probably had 500 packages delivered in addition to all of my regular mail with zero issues. Staff is smart and friendly. They even recognize me and will have already begun processing my package pickups when I walk in. Very nice people. Literally the only downside is the parking lot that has become a war zone since a supermarket moved into the building next door. not much you can do about that :)
