  I had a very disappointing experience at this location (Store #0174) on June 8. I arrived at 6:55 PM needing to print three shipping labels. As a first-time customer, I was unfamiliar with the process and needed some guidance. The two staff members on duty—a woman and a man—were extremely short, impatient, and vague from the moment I walked in. Instead of offering any help, they rushed me through the process while I was clearly struggling to get my files to send. At 7:04 PM, they told me they were done checking for emails and refused to assist me further. They claimed they hadn't received my files, despite my phone confirming they had been sent at that time, and they essentially pushed me out the door. I left feeling completely frustrated and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this lack of service and professional courtesy

  The people at this location are the absolute best. So helpful, knowledgeable, kind. I use UPS for both printing and shipping and have never been disappointed. I won’t go anywhere else! Love this UPS!

  I don’t know who the hiring manager is, but whoever it is is missing their calling at some bigger enterprises. Your selection of employees is superb every single one of them. This Stores greatest asset is clearly it’s employees. whenever I go in this place and I actually go in there probably at least once a week there’s always big smiles behind the counter, I’ve also watched them work patiently with customers that aren’t too good with the Amazon app and they’re just all over it and very kind and very patient. Actually Amazon is getting a lot of free PR out of this customer facing entity. Thank you for being there for us.

  This store is top notch! Thought I was at the Ritz not an UPS store. Each employee was kind and helpful. Felt like more of country club than a shipping center. One of the managers Gene, who is god like in stature, went out of his way to assist me! He could have just ran me through but no. He took his time, explained, and truly found the best option available to ship my goods. 10-10 this place is amazing. Don’t forget this store is a different company from the drivers. Don’t let the brown frumpys set your mind for this place!

  Visiting and needed to ship some gifts back home that I couldn’t take on the airplane. I was assisted by Gene I think his name was or a big guy with a beard. Very pleasant experience, he was polite and easy to work with. 10/10 would Gene again!
