This is Definitely the worst experience I've had in a Subway. Ordered their 6" cold cut, when we got to their veggies selection, she asked me what I want. So I said "lettuce/spinach/red onions/green & banana peppers" - she goes "You want everything?" I said "no I dont want tomatoes/olives/jalapeños nor pickles". This girl starts repeating what I dont want, then after she gets through that she forgets what I did want...😀. So I tell her everything, she puts on as little as possible - still im thinking to myself - ok. never coming back here again. She proceeds to ring me out and then tells me "this time I give you everything, but next time only whats listed on the menu for cold cut... Like seriously? If thats the case then a. why did you ask me what I want? b. why not say that before I make the order. So at this point I'm kinda irritated and I say, "well what are the portion sizes" - she pulls out a little piece and throws it down in front of me that has the portions listed. I took a picture of it and said "I am going to weigh this at home, hopefully the portions are correct. She continues to escalate by busting out a scale, I'm like ok this is weird but if you want to go this route... So I open up my sandwich and take the spinach out - her own portions says 0.25 ounces, I put the spinach that already has mayo on, and the scale goes to 0.1, - I said so you are telling me that somehow you are giving me extra but you're giving less than 50% of the portions???? no answer. I took out red onions, put that on the scale, the scale with mayo on it, goes to 0.4 when its supposed to be spinach plus onion should be 0.5 - according to her own portion table. And this is mind you with them already having oil/vinegar and mayo on them. Anyways just a crazy/weird experience - definitely a first for me. Also will be the last time I ever buy anything here. Veggies tasted not fresh either.
If I could put a big fat 0, would be so accurate to the service and workers i have received today.
Rude, no customer service ever, ignoring and being absolutely useless for their job position. Must be best friends! Those two, I guess found themselves at subway making sandwiche! That ALL they can do. Feel sorry for them hating their job so much that they have to take it out on the guests. !

The prices suck and for some reason their online ordering is ALWAYS turned off. Ridiculous I cant use the app to order a sandwich because they can turn off their online orders during promos. They had their online order shut completely off for 75% off the time subway was running the 5.99 Footlong deal. Now im trying to order a 8.99 footlong meal for the 8.99 that expires in 2 days and the store is closed apparently.
$30 for 2 sandwiches major rip off

I can't even give stars. I've gone here for years and today's service was awful. She put onions on my sons sandwich. Hes allergic. She wouldn't make a new one just picked them off. And wouldn't refund. None of the sandwich where what we ordered she wouldn't put mayo or mustard on it. Said she spread it into the bread. I have never seen a sub made. Spent over 60 to throw it away.
