I just want to say that the staff at Evergreen Way UPS are always friendly and helpful and professional. Each and everyone of them. This team is top notch, good days, bad days, customers sometimes are unruly because they aren't happy about whatever. Not fair to take it out on the staff.
I truly was unhappy with a few customers BASHING Harpreet. The things they were saying about her, so untrue. Internet goes down, why take your frustrations 🫤 out staff.
Harpreet is a good person, friendly and helpful, give her a break, "don't be so Mean."
Yes Cameron and Dakota are good at their jobs, but so is Harpreet. I don't know Sophie, but I am sure she good as well.
Gill you have a good crew. Stand by them, seriously.

I’m in this UPS Store location quite a bit and I wanted to recognize a few employees who consistently make the experience better. Sophie, Dakota, and Cameron have all been incredibly patient, professional, and kind — even during stressful rushes, outages, and long lines. Dakota especially handled a packed store and frustrated customers with far more grace than most people could manage. Cameron is always helpful and calm, and Sophie has been wonderful every time I’ve interacted with her.
Unfortunately, not every experience at this location has been positive, especially with Harpreet, who loves to complain, yell at her co-workers, well she would rather be on her phone or somewhere else. But those three other employees are the reason I continue coming back. They deserve recognition for the way they treat customers and for the professionalism they bring to a very hectic environment.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize both Cameron and Dakota for consistently being kind, professional, and patient. I’m in there often enough to notice who treats people with respect, and those two always do.
Dakota especially deserves praise for today. The internet was down, people were frustrated, lines were backing up, and folks were taking their aggravation out on the staff. Through all of it, he remained calm, polite, patient, and helpful with everyone — even those who were being less than pleasant. Young people with that kind of patience and professionalism are hard to come by these days, and it truly showed.
Cameron has always been one of the good ones as well. Friendly, respectful, and consistently helpful every time I’ve come in.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Harpreet. While Dakota was doing his best under difficult circumstances, Harpreet was rude, condescending, and openly unpleasant. The difference in attitude and professionalism was impossible not to notice.

Well now, I just have to say how pleased I am with that young man Dakota. I came in with entirely too many packages, couldn’t remember what was supposed to go where, and I held up his line something awful. Not once did he make me feel rushed or foolish. He was patient as can be and so very kind to me the whole time.
And Cameron is another one of the good ones. I’m in there often enough to know who treats people properly, and those two certainly do.
Now Harpreet, on the other hand, is about as pleasant as a hornet in a church hat. Rude, condescending, and carrying on like a hateful little bridge troll under a toll road. I don’t know who put vinegar in that child’s tea, but somebody surely did.
I created and prepared a parcel in the NOVA POST app. I also selected a shipping location from the available options there. I paid $150 for the parcel. But at this location, linked to my shipment, they said they don't accept parcels to Ukraine. Although UPS is a partner of NOVA POST, and this processing is available online.
Adding a post later. This information might be useful to someone. The first time I visited two UPS locations I was unsuccessful.
After contacting Nova Poshta support, I realized that UPS employees did not know what was required to send these parcels with that company. Which is odd, considering there is a contract. I even brought all the documents the first time and showed them to the clerk.
On the next attempt it was enough to POINT OUT the need to scan the QR code, and the shipment was processed within a few seconds.
