I have been a customer at this u.PS store.\nFor a few years, now. I have always received good customer service to excellent customer service and today , I received excellent customer service period I had some emails that I needed printed out to turn in to the snohomish county courthouse for proof of service for court documents i thought that I had made enough time.\nTo turn them in, then it got very confusing after speaking to some people in the courthouse.As far as how to go about doing it.\nAnd was told something different than I was told before. I was panicking and had less than an hour left to turn them in and Taryn, the store manager was there for the hand off and on it. She had me forward my emails to her store so that she could begin printing them out while I was driving there. I got them printed out and turned in, just under the wire but did it. I just wanted Taryn to know how appreciative I am for doing everything she could to help me in my time of need. I don't have time to leave reviews very often so if I do, it is because it was earned. Thank you!!!
This was a very disappointing experience. The employees were rude, and some seemed inattentive and unfamiliar with basic procedures. I brought in a return package, but instead of sending it to the intended recipient, it was somehow sent back to me.
When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff acted as though the mistake was my fault rather than taking responsibility for what happened. As a customer, I shouldn't have to double-check that employees are performing the service correctly. If I'm expected to do that, I might as well step behind the counter and handle the transaction myself.
The lack of accountability and customer service was frustrating. Based on my experience, there appears to be little incentive for employees to improve or take ownership of mistakes.

Dawn & Brandy are Amazing! Friendly, personable and professional! Dawn really knows her job. She was very helpful in explaining my options on packing & shipping 5 different packages. She went above and beyond my expectations. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend this UPS Store!
Update: I recieved my 5 packages on the day they said they'd arrive and in great condition. I was most concerned with shipping an acoustic guitar, it was delivered undamaged, in great shape. Dawn did a fantastic job packing it with bubble wrap and air pillows. I was also worried about 3 framed paintings potentially having the glass break - they arrived in perfect condition thanks to Dawn's very meticulous packing. My 2 boxes of photos & papers also were fine. I'm very happy I chose this store (over others) to ship my valuable items. Great job & Thank You!

Just stopped in here and the gentleman was very rude because they were closing in 5 minutes. He rudely and sarcastically asked the usual questions for mailing as he said “ well it’s three minutes until we close”. He should’ve just said please leave because we’re closed but instead he rushed me and I forgot to put an important item into the envelope and now I’ll have to re-mail the whole thing anyway. I don’t recommend this UPS store. Very unhelpful, unprofessional and rude!!!
Update: The manager of this UPS Store, Karen, called me this morning and was able to help me add my document to my package before it went out and help me get my other two packages mailed out. I appreciate her reaching out to me to remedy this situation and help me get my documents out this morning. I would still avoid the gentleman working here.
