  I was charged a fee because my packages remained at the store for more than a week before pickup. Due to my disability, getting to the store is not always easy or possible within a specific timeframe. As a customer of more than 10 years, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility or consideration for my circumstances. I expected more understanding from a business that I have supported for so long. Because of this experience, I will be looking for a new place to do business.

  Everyone here is so nice and helpful!!! They are very efficient too. Teresa is great and always has a welcoming and positive attitude. The other staff members are wonderful as well, but I can’t remember their names. They always help me figure out my returns. :)

  I love it when Amazon gives me the option for this store when I have to make a return. It is very easy to get in and out of this store in just a few minutes. The employees are always friendly and efficient.

  This place is an easy drop it off get it shipped by Place one day I walked in there being a hot day I walked in there and the air conditioning loan could have kept me in there for hours loved it easy place to work with good show
