  My parents have had their Allstate policy for over 40+ years and when we Dad passed two years ago Tanya and her team have been seamless to work with, they walked to through EVERYTHING that I needed to update this account from removing my father, making sure everything is set-up on auto pay, adding the Trust to the homeowner policy easily over the phone all while being super considerate about the change we have had in the family structure! I see why my Father trusted this office for this long and they proved it in the first time I had to contact them about the policies! Thank you again Tanya and team for your grace and detailed explanation to my same questions over and over it's appreciated more than you will ever know!
