  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. Veronica, an employee at this restaurant, behaved in a rude and disrespectful manner toward me and used offensive language. This behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer-service environment. I expect management to investigate this incident seriously and review whether all employees are meeting the company’s conduct standards and all legally required employment and work-authorization requirements. I am requesting that management take appropriate action and ensure that customers are treated with professionalism and respect. I will not accept this type of treatment and expect a prompt response from management.

  Ordered two sandwiches for pick up. We ordered both to be toasted and they weren't and didn't even cut the sandwiches. I ordered a philly steak sandwich. How do you NOT toast that.
