  Ordered two sandwiches for pick up. We ordered both to be toasted and they weren't and didn't even cut the sandwiches. I ordered a philly steak sandwich. How do you NOT toast that.

  ordered at 9:38pm on 5/24/26, whoever was working just doesn't care. my two footlong subs were missing mustard, salt, pepper, spinach,and weren't even cut in half. and both came with red onions when only one was ordered with it. we also ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies, we received 3.5 chocolate chip cookies, and 2 double chocolate chip cookies, without even being asked if the substitution was okay. y'all close at 11pm so there's not even the excuse that it was right before close. this amount of laziness and inattentiveness is unacceptable from a food place and i wouldn't recommend going there if you want your order to be correct

  Strange experience. Came in on Sat afternoon. A few customers eating inside. Talked to the employee lady and told her about the $8.99 footlong sandwich posted on the window outside. She didnt seem to understand and thought I was talking about the full meal and after repeatedly trying to explain, she finally accepted this price and I ordered it. Sandwich was good though.
