  It's very convenient that it's open 24 hours the first time I went she really didn't give me that much meat n didnt understand English but we worked it out n she was nice...the place was very clean. The second time was a different person she fave me more meat like I'm used to getting. My fav place is on 19th but they aren't open 24 hours

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Lucero and Nellie. I accidentally ordered my sandwich incorrectly, and when Lucero began preparing it, she immediately and graciously offered to make another one. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to serve others truly stood out. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and Lucero's smile seemed to radiate from her heart. I don't know her personally, but she has a warmth and kindness that feels familiar in spirit. I would also like to recognize Nellie. She may think she doesn't speak much English, but her smile speaks very clearly. Kindness, a positive attitude, and a welcoming spirit need no translation. Her presence helped create an atmosphere that was warm, comfortable, and inviting. Today was a challenging day for me, but the attitude and service of these two remarkable ladies made my day significantly better. Thank you, Lucero and Nellie, for representing the very best of customer service—kindness, professionalism, cleanliness, and genuine care for people. In a world that can sometimes feel rushed and impersonal, you made one person feel welcomed and appreciated. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.   Placed a mobile order and this subway missed food and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called. Disappointed and hungry. Get better nighttime staff.

  I ordered a sandwich on 5/24/26 on the app. When I got the sandwich home they had out mayo on my sandwich and on the order it says mustard. I wouldn’t complain but when I can’t eat mayo as I get sick from it, I don’t appreciate biting into the sandwich and finding mayo. They said they would give me a new one but now that I have ate mayo I will end up sick. There are a bunch of young kids working the store an just don’t seem to get it.
