Placed a mobile order and this subway missed food and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called. Disappointed and hungry. Get better nighttime staff.

I ordered a sandwich on 5/24/26 on the app. When I got the sandwich home they had out mayo on my sandwich and on the order it says mustard. I wouldn’t complain but when I can’t eat mayo as I get sick from it, I don’t appreciate biting into the sandwich and finding mayo. They said they would give me a new one but now that I have ate mayo I will end up sick. There are a bunch of young kids working the store an just don’t seem to get it.

It was the worst Subway experience I've ever had! The counter server was impatient with my order, It tasted of soured condiments all the wrong taste put into a blob. Very rudely check on my sides and I returned the change over what was mine. She threw it in tips jar. Awful experience.

employee didn't know how to activate a gift card and couldn't get anyone else to help. disappointed in management that leaves an employee they haven't trained enough alone without any help
