  Never going back, this place is dirty and unsanitary. The service was very slow. Horrible customer service. Found a hair in my sandwich and when I asked for a refund they argued and denied my refund.

  this place has horrible customer service! my husband went in to get food after working a long hard day. After making his sandwich they started to ring up his order and their machine went down (the guy working at the front said yeah this happens quite often). He had no cash on him only his card and when asked what he should do they actually asked my husband to go get cash from an atm and come back to pay for a $5 sandwich. It was NOT my husbands fault that their machine failed and It blows my mind that they would make him leave and come back with cash. We went somewhere better and cleaner anyways but poor management skills. The manager was of no help at all and could of cared less about customer service. If their machines are constantly breaking maybe thats a sign they shouldn't be in business anymore.
