  Come not get photocopies same day unless I waited over 2 hours. But the staff was excellent! Knowledgeable and friendly. I would go there again.

  Very rude store lady agent. I had a very disappointing experience with a customer service agent at this location. I asked whether I could purchase shipping tape from the store, and she said no. I then asked if I could borrow a small amount of tape to attach my shipping label, but she again said no and stated that they did not have any. I could clearly see tape on the table and pointed it out, but she responded, “No means no,” saying it was for store use and that I was making her upset. I understand that store supplies may be for employees only, and I was not asking for much. However, the agent’s tone and manner were unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. I have visited this store many times, but this was my first interaction with this particular employee. As a result, I had to carry my 20+ lb package back out, drive to the Lynnwood FedEx location, purchase a shipping label there, attach it to the box, and ship it without any problems. The staff at the Lynnwood location were polite, helpful, and made the process very easy.

  Me and my husband went to get some passport photo for my 3 girls ,we told a lady at front, she has some piercing on her face to be exact,she told us she don't have a chair for our child of 1 year and half and she can't be pick on the arm eather ,she said the carpert doesn't go all the way down,she said in a bad way ,so we went to other place the gentlement said the carpet was not long enought but that my husband could pick in his arm ,he said he will fix any inperfection ,he treat us good, I used fedex before with oldest daughter for passport we didn't have any problem but this time very dissapointed on the costumer service.

  Generally have been really happy with the customer service at this FedEx, but Heidi was incredibly helpful today with printing out wedding menus and really showed exceptional customer service, and a desire to help, and it was greatly appreciated.
