Had the pleasure of having a gentleman named Jason assist me in some prints that take a little extra care. He offered me other options I hadn't considered and the prints turned out amazing! Unfortunately during this interaction another customer came in and was wrongfully aggravated by Jason, having witnessed the entire interaction I could only feel sympathy towards Jason. He and his co worker handled the situation like champs and were able to navigate the awkward/hostile interaction. Will definitely be back.
I've had consistently poor experiences at this FedEx location, particularly with one specific staff member. While I understand that staff may occasionally ask about the contents of a package, this employee singles me out while not treating other customers the same. I've been asked to handle my packages inconsistently, and received advice that puts my items at risk of damage. Last time I was here today, June 8, 2026, around 6:30 PM, he singled me out about five times and gave me incorrect advice.
I'm already filing a complaint through FedEx, and I hope management addresses this unprofessional behavior so everyone is treated with respect.
They did a great job with my project. It was only supposed to take a few hours and I was to receive a call when it was finished, but after waiting two days, I went in to check and it had been ready for two days. Staff is friendly and the work was perfect.

I received truly excellent service. The employee Kira was extremely attentive to every detail and nuance while printing my photos👏🏻👏🏻.She redid them multiple times to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. She was very kind, polite, and professional. The other employees were also friendly and quick in carrying out their work. I’m very pleasantly impressed by the staff. Keep up the great work!
had a very uncomfortable experience at this FedEx location. As soon as I told the employee (gray hair and beard, I believe his name was Jason) that I needed to ship an envelope to Mexico, his attitude noticeably changed. He made a face and became condescending and dismissive, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
I was also surprised by the level of personal information they demanded for the recipient CURP, email, and phone number, since I’ve shipped documents internationally with FedEx before and was never asked for all of that. Instead of explaining things clearly, Jason came across as rude and unwilling to help.
Given the current climate around immigration, the interaction felt uncomfortable and, frankly, discriminatory. Customer service should be respectful regardless of the destination or situation.
I ended up leaving and going to another FedEx location in Lynnwood, where I had a much better experience.
I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.
