  I got there 15 minutes before the store's closing time on 9/29/26 to print out a single document using their self serve printers. While waiting for the print-and-go email code to come back to me (which was taking a while) and then struggling to use the printer after getting the code, the entire time I was there the hispanic male employee behind the counter was passive-aggressively talking smack and complaining about how customers stay near or past their closing time to his coworker, and how they have to shut the lights off to get people to leave or not come in, etc. It was obvious his complaints were pointed at myself and another customer (who also appeared to be struggling) using their printers. The other customer gave up and left without printing anything and I myself barely got my document printed right at the store's closing time and then had to force the automatic door open on my way out since they had shut it off while I was doing my task. My main complaint is directed at the one talking smack. But neither I or the other customer were ever once offered any help by either employee to help our visit go faster, nor were we ever politely reminded of their closing time, which I was already well aware of. Very poor attitude to have with customers and very unprofessional and discourteous. You should expect customers to be there the entire time you are open at the hours posted and complaints about work ought to be vented outside of the work environment or at least not in front of customers!

  I hopped on their website and used their own design tool to create a yard sign to have printed at the local store. However, the checkout process kept giving an error... So I drove over thinking that since it's their own design tool, that they'd be able to pull it up and take care of me. Nope. The clerk today was pretty rude too (maybe she was having a bad day?), and didn't offer any solutions at all aside from contacting customer support.
