  I've had my home and auto insurance with this agency for many years. Whenever I call to ask a question or make a change to a policy, I immediately get connected to a friendly locally based agent. I had a claim in the past year and the team made it easy for me to understand the process and they helped me through each step.

  I paid for my first six months at once then when the next period came around I didn't have the chunk to pay all at once. When they called me I told them this and offered to pay monthly, but they didn't/couldn't do that and said i either needed to pay the whole 6 months right then, or get a quote for a new policy at a higher rate and pay that monthly. I was able to get a better price with progressive.

  I wish I could have been under Mc Guinness/ Allstates since I bought my first car. The service provided is excellent, no stress, with agent accompanying you in all aspects to make sure you got the good deal ever, Not to mention Janelle, nice lady with professionalism and knowledge. Her own experience and kindness made me change my mind at the end, and I stayed. Because of the way she treated me. With no doubt I’ll give you 10 stars but take all 5 .. they’re all yours!! Hardly recommended. Patricia.
