  Cookies were hard!! Cookies are suppose to be switch out every couple hours to be fresh and soft not hard and be trying to sold at full price.

  First time going here. Ordered the exact same sandwich I get at every other subway minus Chipotle sauce. First bite noticed it tasted weird as hell, thought it was because of the no Chipotle. . Had 2 more bites and spit the 4th out. Tasted super "off". That was 10 hours ago. Been throwing up ever since. Most expensive subway I've been to and couldn't even get through a 1/4 of the sandwich. Never again.

  The chashier was rude. Doesnt know how to follow scripting. When you asked questions they werent fully answered then then she looked annoyed as hell to have to actually tell us what she really had. There has No One in the store but me and my group of 3. The bread was stale. The vegetables looked 4 to 5 days old, tomatoes falling apart. And my nacho cheese sandwich was covered in sauce so much so I had to take it apart. Weirdly enough had no nacho cheese.... Instead of following their scripting and actually asking how much sauce I would want. Because the amount of sauce that I got was a 100%. Extra she didn't even put that much on the 2 another sandwichs combined. The person in the store started to count her money dawer , and as somebody who has worked in fast food for the last 3 years, I know that that means she didn't want us there and she wasn't very subtle about it. It is also not appropriate to count your money in front of customers and dangerous for the store. This was honestly just one of the worst subways i've ever been to some of the grossest sandwiches i've ever been given and some of the most awful customer service.And if she was the only one in the store I have to assume that means that she was the manager. Or as shift lead and that is appalling.

  Sandwich was only OK, not great. Had sticker shock when we checked out. One 6-inch basic sandwich, and one 12-inch ($13.99) = $22 + the prompt for a tip, which I did give them a few bucks because it’s the holiday season. But still, $27 for 2 sandwiches! Shocked at how much they’re charging for sandwiches these days!
