I would give it 0 starts if I could. Ordered a meal from them on the app paid for it and never received it. They say I canceled the order and on my end it shows delivered to my address. They had said they will do a refund but have had to call multiple times for the refund and still have not received the refund. Poor customer service skills, and 0 communication between employee and management.

Ordere yesterday. I contacted owner no response. They forgot my lettuce. At first, I was like OK maybe I didn’t put it on there, but I looked at my receipt and it shows lettuce I complained and Reached out, but I Have no response I will not be returning to this location. Customer service is 10 but reading is a zero.

I had a great experience at the Subway in Enumclaw, Washington. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently even during busy times. I had a really good experience at Subway. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and patient while taking my order. All the ingredients looked fresh and well stocked. My sub was made quickly, tasted great, and was filling without feeling too heavy.
