  Ordered online. Never did get sub. Girls had no idea. Said order not come through. Order went through enough to put hold on credit card….. one said they would cancel order. The other said I had to cancel the order. Then not their fault, apps fault. Try ordering again. Yeah right

  Tried to order online using code for 6.99 foot long special. Would not work. Went in telling them of issue. Response was computer issues. Ended up paying over $8 for 6 inch. No offer to make it right, no apology, nothing. Not the first time specials not available in Elma. Very sad

  The store is never open late enough. I get off at 9:30 pm winter hours and 10:30pm summer hours. I can never get anything. All other fast food, BK, Domino's, & Arby's are open in the same town. Unsatisfied!
