  The UPS store in Ellensburg WA does good work as a team. We travel for work ave utilize the UPS store to ship & receive orders , & packages . Kori and her staff stand out as exceptional customer service. We are grateful to have her often as our associate. She is thorough, professional, friendly and timely. She helped me understand how the UPS store and its services can help me grow my business. She gave me the best value for my dollar when shopping a personal item. I even saw her train a new hire. She treated them the same. Thank you Kori. See y’all next time we’re back at the Gorge to work an EDM show. You’re the best, may your tribe increase

  An Unmarked ‘we missed you’ paper was left. I'm 70 years old and disabled, ups guy tapped on door, not using door bell, then ran away, before I could get to the door!! I tried to get info on my package- now I have go get it! Tried to ask for re- delivery, but it did not work- so no delivery on Friday, so I'm online again, re - asked ( 2nd time) for re delivery!! The second attempt to get a re- delivery, now seems to have worked, maybe! It is Friday, I've been waiting all day for my delivery, but no luck— had to request re-delivery twice to get it to report that my package may be re- delivered, but when? Does ups redeliver on Saturdays?? Package was an overnight delivery- ups screwed that up— I want a refund since the overnight is now 3 days late!!! You are using a bad system!!! Try to get my over night delivery, delivered before 5 days pass!! The package is valued at $5,300.00! Better deliver it properly, this time!!! Paul Crossett, 204 E Kristen Ave Ellensburg, WA 98926.   Ok let’s start with little over a week ago….i wasn’t home to my package was sent to this UPS Store….store is supposed to open at 9:30am on Sundays, not a big deal….unless you’re a no show. Waited around town and gave up at 10:45 when no one still had shown up to work. So I gave up. I call Monday, explaining I’ll be out of town so please hold my package. I end up being gone longer than anticipated, called again to explain my situation and ask to have package held until 6/19. Im assured it no issue and it would be waiting. I explain that it is a very expensive and important package. Again, assured it’ll be here when I got back. I show up today, a day early. The package was returned to sender. UPS wouldn’t intercept it. I drove to the hub where it was held. They wouldn’t release it to me. It’ll be a week before I can even have the sender next day it back. So thank you UPS Store of Ellensburg. Between your slow processing times and inability to follow a request, I applaud you
