  Ok let’s start with little over a week ago….i wasn’t home to my package was sent to this UPS Store….store is supposed to open at 9:30am on Sundays, not a big deal….unless you’re a no show. Waited around town and gave up at 10:45 when no one still had shown up to work. So I gave up. I call Monday, explaining I’ll be out of town so please hold my package. I end up being gone longer than anticipated, called again to explain my situation and ask to have package held until 6/19. Im assured it no issue and it would be waiting. I explain that it is a very expensive and important package. Again, assured it’ll be here when I got back. I show up today, a day early. The package was returned to sender. UPS wouldn’t intercept it. I drove to the hub where it was held. They wouldn’t release it to me. It’ll be a week before I can even have the sender next day it back. So thank you UPS Store of Ellensburg. Between your slow processing times and inability to follow a request, I applaud you

  I have had so many great experiences working with the team at this UPS store. Even when they are very busy, the staff members are always helpful, professional and friendly. Special shout outs to Ashton the Print Specialist who created a color copy masterpiece beyond my expectations and Maggie who also went a few extra miles to help me out in a big way with my mailbox. What a great resource for the community!!!

  lex is very nice and super cool, keeps up conversation and likes my dog, he gives him treats sometimes and makes sure my packages dont get damaged.
