Always fresh, high-quality food at this location. Thank you, guys! This is definitely one of my favorite places.
Food (bread) was undercooked so it tasted chewy and my partner complained that his food tasted & smelt funny - he had a meatball sub. Mine is the one pictured. Mine was footlong and I was only able to eat part of it. It grossed me so I threw it away. Also got the wrong cookie - asked for a white chip macadamia cookie and got a chocolate chip. Called and got the owner and he was rude and unprofessional. The kid worker was nice and he is the only reason why I gave it two stars. I recommend the subway near kenmore or by Ballinger thrift way. Save yourself the hassle and stomachache.

They don't have way to talk with customer they talk rudely one lady & one men morning shift lady uses rough language
Went to subway after making a mobile order. Arrived when it was supposed to be ready, and the lady just started making it after asking if I was picking up. I don't think she read the customizations and just slopped the veggies in there without much care... The sub wasnt cut all the way so i had to rip the footlong in half. This is the messiest sub I've ever had. Seriously unfortunate :(
Edit: I took a bite and the chicken is frozen!! She's supposed to heat it up. This sandwich is just nasty. Make sure to specify that you want the meat heated because they won't heat up the chicken unless you ask apparently.
Edit 2: Went back to replace my sandwich. The lady thankfully replaced it with a different one, but then pinned it on me because she asked if I wanted the bread toasted or not, and I said "no", just as I specified in my mobile order. She never asked if I wanted the meat heated or not! My understanding is that they should heat up the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki meat separately before serving it if you get untoasted bread as I've had before many times... But this time she claims that I should've asked her to heat up their frozen chicken... I guess frozen chicken is their default unless you ask them to heat it up
