  I come here pretty often, and until recently I’ve always had a good experience. Unfortunately, I’ve now had two interactions with the same young employee, and both experiences were incredibly disappointing. The first thing I noticed was her attitude. From the moment I walked in, she just stared at me and immediately acted irritated, telling me to “please wait” in a very unfriendly tone. She never smiled, never greeted me, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for walking through the door. The biggest issue happened when I was pulling up my return QR code on my phone. As my phone was loading, she repeatedly pointed the scanner at my phone and kept clicking it over and over as if she was trying to rush me. It hadn’t even been a minute, and instead of waiting a few seconds, she moved on to the next customer. The entire interaction made me feel SO embarrassed and unwelcome. What stood out even more was that she treated the customers around me completely differently. She was noticeably kinder and more patient with them, while I was met with impatience and attitude from the start. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like this before. It genuinely felt like this employee disliked me for no reason. After two separate visits with the exact same behavior, I felt it was important to say something. I’m leaving this review because I hope management sees it. No customer should be made to feel rushed, singled out, or unwelcome simply for walking into a business they frequently support.
