  Today July 29th 2026 subway at loves says 24hrs but when I walk in there's nobody at the counter but am employee eating a subway sandwich saying there nobody in the back and she won't open until 6am what kinda false advertisement is going on here this better change or lawsuits are coming

  Very disappointed. I came here hungry and waited for a long time, but there was no employee at the counter. I called the store, and they told me they were open, but no one came out. When I called again, they hung up on me. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of customers’ time. If you’re open, your staff should be available to serve customers. I do not recommend this location. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.

  Devan was deliberate about making my sandwich as full as it is supposed to be. Friendly, timely, cheerful. I come here often, so keep guys like him and I won’t need to look anywhere else for a sub sandwich.

  Horrible service. At around 11pms, on July 3rd, 2026. Two ladies who has Zero customer service skills are competing with one another on how to disappoint customers. They need to be trained more or simply fired.
