This Subway is a complete mystery to me.
There is one woman working there who seems to be there every single time I visit. The restaurant is almost always empty. Every time I walk in, there are no customers. Yet somehow, when you place an online order, the app says it’s ready when it absolutely isn’t. I genuinely don’t understand what the employee is doing in an empty restaurant. Maybe put the phone down and prepare the food a little faster if there are no customers waiting. Seriously, what kind of nonsense is that?
At this point, it’s pretty obvious why there are no customers.
What I also don’t understand is why the owner doesn’t seem to react to any of the negative reviews. Why doesn’t anything change? Why not replace the staff and run a restaurant that people actually want to come back to? Why treat customers with so little respect?
The woman who works there is extremely unfriendly and speaks to people in a very strange, rude way. Every interaction feels like she’s doing you a favor, as if you’re getting your order for free instead of paying for it.
Today’s experience was the final straw. I paid extra for extra chicken on every sandwich. The moment I picked up the bag, it felt unusually light. Sure enough, there was no extra chicken. In fact, there was barely even enough chicken for a normal portion. In other words, I was charged for something I never received.
Another problem is customer support. It’s practically impossible to reach an actual person. You’re stuck going in circles with a bot that asks the same questions over and over again without ever helping you solve the problem.
And honestly, I don’t understand what has happened to Subway as a business. How do you go from being one of the healthiest and most reasonable fast-food options to whatever this is? It feels like the company keeps trying to save money while tolerating terrible service. But bad employees don’t help a business make good money - they drive customers away.
Went to get a sandwich, they told my sister she can only have 2 jalapeños on the sandwich "2" I couldn't believe it and one of the Mexican ladies was very rude
The short lady, other ladies seemed timid because of the other boisterous worker .
Ill stick to the subway in Redmond, they are great!!!

Should really be closed down because how do you have your personal phone tied to the store. I called to cancel my order in the 5 mins it was placed but somehow it was made and picked up already. Tried to call a few time and just blocked. Will be calling subway headquarters because it looks like this needs to close and not be ran by you guys. I have proof from DoorDash that my order wasn’t picked up till 51 mins after my order was placed but should have been already canceled. Also if you are outsourcing to a third party you are responsible for the correspondence between not me if I placed the order directly through subway’s website.

Genuinely the most beautiful sandwich shop to say the least.
Costumer service is so bad the lady is pretty rude and I was going to get a tuna with only spinach and cucumber so I ask for extra spinach and she was like no I don’t put more they don’t like it and I ask because I was going to pay extra no because I want it for free but she refused so I ended up no getting anything. You guys need to change the lady or at least work with costumer service skills
