  You have one sandwhich artist making food. And has a line of orders from online. And can't tend to walk in customers until they've tended to online orders. Myself along with 5+ people waiting in line to be tended to. And there's a second employee just about to leave walking around talking to their coworker. Seeing a line of people and rather then stepping up to help their coworker they keep coming out asking random questions and being unhelpful. This is a poorly ran store. And the constant issues this place has -- either get it together or don't have a store front open. This is pathetically ran an I understand the ladies frustration tonight being a one woman show. Not her fault and doing her best. But shame on the owners and the managers not having a schedule to help your employees rather leaving them to scramble. Going on 20 mins waiting as a walk in. With a line going out the door. Poor lady working tonight . You guys need to applaud her and give her a raise. Negative has nothing to do with her .. all about her upper management. Shame on you.

  Ordered online and they didn’t heat either of the sandwiches like requested. Out of ice … how? Annoying. Seems like Everytime I eat here it just gets worse.

  Poorly staffed. Always out of ingredients during peak times. Closes earlier than posted time often.

  I have not eaten at Subway for at least 3 years and today I was disappointed with the quality and quantity of my sandwich. The bread is noticeably smaller, the chicken is processed and compressed into cubes, the lettuce was all stems and no green leafs. I won't return to Subway until our economy gets better. I was really looking forward to a fresh sandwich.

  I knew I should have not eaten here. By the time you read this it will be too late for you too... They were out of everything, bread was burnt! Then there is the broke soda machine. No ice, warm, flat soda to drink!!! Now look at the picture.... Black mold. If this is what is visible, what aren't we seeing? I got very sick!!!! Very poor management. P.S. I would clean before the Health Dept pays a visit...
