  If there was a minus I would give it. The manager screwed up and left a young employee to take the heat. Except I didn't blame him. I pre-ordered and prepaid a platter and other items on a Tuesday for a Sunday pickup. They sold out their inventory by Friday/ Sat. When I came in Sunday to pick up my order, I was told by the employee he couldn't fill the order because they were out of the products. The manager who took my order refused to come in and left him to tell me. I did not blame him at all but the manager should be ashamed and fired! I told this story to others and was told it "happens frequently". Safeway has sandwiches for preorder-go there!!
