WORST customer service ever.
I came to pickup my online order and I checked my sandwich in the car and to me, it appeared that there was no avocado, which I had paid for, so I walked back into the store to ask for some on the side.
I came in and asked VERY politely, and she told me in my face, "you're wrong, I put avocado on there and you can check the cameras".
She then told me to give her the sandwich, and with reluctance I did. She pointed out that there was avocado on it, and I did realize at that point was, but the amount on it was miniscule, which is why I couldn't even see it!
I then asked her if I could have some on the side, and she gave me attitude. She told me she already did it and that she wasn't going to. I eventually convinced her, but she was rude, disrespectful, and condescending.
I have never, EVER had customer service that was so poor. She was rude for no reason. If she treated me with a smile, things could've been better. I still treated her well, with respect.
Absolutely shameful behavior. A sign that reads "new management" was hanging outside too. This employee needs a talking to, and she needs to rethink how she talks to customers. You won't see me here again.
