  This place is terrible! The workers are rude to the customers & they are consistently out of ingredients on their menu. I shouldn't have to pick a different sandwich or change how I like it made because you can't keep your business stocked. 05/28/2026 I placed an online order. The order was successfully placed - I received an email confirmation & the money was taken from my Venmo account. The employee argued that my order didn't print up on their machine. Ok - your machine could be faulty. I showed the employee my email confirmation & transaction in Venmo. She wouldn't make the food that I PAID FOR. She asked to see the order confirmation in the app. I had to drive home for my log in info - then drive back to the store & show her (in the subway app) my placed order. She then still refused to make my order! Even after being shown my email confirmation, payment confirmation on Venmo & the confirmed order in the app as requested, she still refused. I had to wait around for an hour to file a Police Report so that I show my bank when disputing the transaction. I was refunded a day later. How ridiculous! We drove to Othello Subway & got the food we ordered with zero issues. Do yourself a favor & drive to the next town for food if this is how employees in Connell treat customers. Do better Subway.

  No restrooms! My wife and I were on a road trip and stopped in to get lunch. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Even if we didn't need to use the restroom, who eats a meal without washing their hands first? When I mentioned this the single employee on shift unapologetically said we should feel free to go elsewhere if we could find another place. We stopped at the next town.
