  The owners and staff of the UPS Store Colville are amazing and great to work with! My Stevens County (on the border) private mailbox store "partners" with their branch to provide services our mutual Canadian customers desire throughout this border closure era. Thanks Colville UPS Store, UPS and FedEx route drivers for coordinating, working together to get parcels transferred, and just being an AWESOME Team for the customer!

  This ups store is one of the best I have been to. These ladies take special care of their customers. Always smiling, I know they are under their masks. They go out of their way to help..............

  Paid $90 for six months for a small mailbox, as no shorter option was available. They spelled my last name wrong in their computer and "cannot fix it", which did cause some irritation. The ladies in there are snooty as heck and act like they are better than everyone. They had trouble finding a couple of my packages after telling me they didn't have them. Apparently they were "in the back" somewhere after I pushed the subject. And last but far from least - when I closed the box after only a month, due to having bought a house, they wouldn't issue me a refund. The USPS did with no problem, but apparently it's "not their policy" to refund anything at the UPS store. I would not refer The UPS Store in Colville to anyone.
