  Did an online pickup order and when we had gotten home (2 minutes) we noticed the sandwiches were wrong. Right away we called and asked for them to fixed and the gentleman said he would fix it right away. Once we got there they took the sandwiches and the manager (who was female) said that it is policy to “fix” the sandwhiches instead of make new ones. Even with them being taken out of the restaurant. We told them one would need to be remade because it was on the wrong bread. They argued with us saying that it had the right bread even though the receipt showed different. (I think it’s pretty obvious between herb & cheese and white bread) and got sent out of the store. We immediately asked why they picked through the already made sandwich instead of making a new one as we thought that was kind of odd. We got told “that’s policy”. Don’t you think that’s kindve gross? Even McDonald’s makes you new food if it’s wrong because they cannot take it back.

  Prices have gotten ridiculous and out of hand. They don't honor coupons, and they got rid of the sandwhich of the days (which made the sandwhichs' affordable; $10-$11 for a footlong). Now it's $18 for a sandwhich? Better off going to a sit-down restaurant for the same price. Subways prices used too compete with McDonald's, now it competes with full blown restraunts.

  A little cost shock, $ 11 and $12 for two foot long sandwiches. They really piled on the goodies, made a great sandwich. Yes, I would go back for another meal.
