  Ordered off of DoorDash, well before closing. Meatball sub was ice cold. Meat balls were hard. This was not a lukewarm situation. Very disappointed. And don’t know how they have over a 4 star rating on DD and 3 here. Not recommended.

  I did a delivery online order. They apparently can’t do toasted no more so I had a cold sandwich not a deal breaker. But forgetting the drink and making my sandwich completely wrong. No sauce. Barely any pickles and not even cut all the way. Half ass job. And my significant other’s wrap had two jalapeños on it and one tomato slice. Like really. Drive all the way there because online says they don’t close until 9pm. Get there and they are closed at 8pm. Couldn’t even show them how they screwed up. Lost all my respect. Do better.

  Normally dont have any issues. This is just an unfortunate situation. Usually go for lunch and order on the mobile app because i work nearby. Today the mobile app claimed there was no bread, so I could not make a mobile order. I said "okay, thats fine, ill just walk over there. I'm taking my 15, I will be back". Low and behold, there is not a soul in store. Mandated hours on the door state 7 days a week hours, 10am-8pm and i was there at 11:30. I understand not having people come in, but no sign no nothing and having the mobile app active and saying your store is open is really misleading. Sorry for the review guys, but seriously... at least a note on the door.

  Very rude employees telling my husband to "hurry up" then my husband asked for the bacon to be toasted and the employee said "can't do that the machine is broken" I'm pretty sure it wasn't and he just didn't want to do his job.
