  The bread was old. It was super hard. We took the meat out to put it on our own bread, only to find mold on the bread. So gross.

  "Extremely disappointed with my recent online pickup order. They completely forgot to include the chips I paid for, and since someone else picked up the order for me, I didn't realize until it was too late. On top of that, they didn't even fill the drink—they just left an empty cup by the sandwich, forcing my pickup person to call me to ask what drink I wanted. To make matters worse, they threw in hand paper towels instead of actual napkins. Poor attention to detail and terrible execution for online orders. Check your bags before leaving." I found out there was only one person working. Subway should be fined by the city or state for businesses not having a minimum of 2 people. What if something were to happen to that one person? NOT OKAY PRACTICE!

  Ordered online and they were backed up when we arrived to pick up the order. But the lady in charge was aware of the order and kept us updated about the status. The sandwich was saltier than usual and they left off some of the sauce. It was okay.
