  Ordered for pick up. When my husband went in to pick it up he was told that they didn’t even make the sandwich’s because they didn’t have enough meat… like how a 5:45pm pick up and you’re out when you close at 9:30pm… also where was the call to let us know about the issue?.. no where they assumed the order was DoorDash without even confirming. Don’t plan on returning

  I ordered a sandwich for over $12 just before noon on 4/11/2026. After finishing the sandwich, I tried to use the restroom, but it was locked and there was a sign on the bathroom door saying “PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY.” I asked the male employee for a key, but he told me the restroom was “out of order.” I wasn’t born yesterday. I know that “our restroom is out of order” is usually a face-saving lie, either because the employee can’t be bothered, or because management is a bunch of liars who told him to say that. And even if…IF…the bathroom was really out of order, for $12 a sandwich, it’s the job of the Subway employees to make it usable again ASAP, so either way, this situation is unsatisfactory. Now I’m sitting on an intercity bus, bladder bursting, because I wasn’t allowed to use the restroom, and that was my only shot to use a restroom before getting on the bus to Tumwater, so here’s your one-star review, you’re welcome!

  Not good, toasted for less then 5 seconds sandwitchs remained cold, cheese a wierd not melted not fresh consistency after the wierdly short toast. $40.00 for 2 sandwitches, both taste bad due to the toaster being short on time. The employee was fine, the toaster ovens are generally a preset thing so, (not employees fault as far as i know) that said, bad product for an even worse price. Ate very little, to the rest to the park and gave it to the birds.

  Good service
