  Ashley is great! My partner and grandma came in to accomplish a couple things, including switching my grandma over from US Cellular (which has horrid customer service). It took 4 hours to accomplish what we set out to do. Ashley had the patience and good attitude of a SAINT. She was consistently kind, helpful, and truly a joy to interact with. 15/10, do recommend getting help from Ashley!

  The best service ever!! Natasha is always willing to go out of her way to make things right and fit my needs! She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond!! I even saw her set up a phone for another carrier on Saturday her customer service is amazing!!! The store is always clean and fresh!! Natasha and Edgar are always so happy they make a great team!! Cricket us my new go to spot!!

  Back in August I got 3 phones with Cricket and it was one of the smartest things I’ve done... every time I need help with something they help me right away... they definitely go above and beyond for their customers which I really really appreciate !!!

  The retail staff is great and nice but the wireless service is horrible and they have fees for everything and there prices are not what they have marked on their phones . Do not recommend it. Going back to us cellular .
