    Ordered at the wrong time on the app. "Contact store" on the app doesn't work. Probably because the listed phone number for the store hasn't worked since November. I feel really bad for the employees that have to message customers on their personal phones if they're out of something. "Do the higher-ups know about this?" "Oh yeah they know. They do not care." [Direct quote] I feel bad for the sandwich left to sit on the counter for 90+ min, but feel even worse for the employees.

    The girl Taylor who works here and I believe is the manager (if she isn’t, she should be) was one of the most pleasant people I have dealt with in customer service in a very long time. Even with us showing up half hour before close, she was SO kind and made amazing sandwiches. She deserves a raise!

    Horrible, racist experience: Went to this Subway with my parents and had a genuinely awful experience with an employee working there. From the moment we walked in, she was unnecessarily rude and hostile toward us despite us being polite the entire time. We were told the restroom was “not working,” though it did not seem to actually be out of service. When our small dog came in, the employee immediately started yelling that he “absolutely cannot be in here” and told us to leave right away instead of speaking respectfully. When we asked if we could grab a drink from the fridge after already paying, we were met with the response: “You already paid for it so what do you think?” in a very sarcastic tone. This one woman in particular had shockingly poor customer service and behaved aggressively throughout the interaction. It honestly felt like we were being treated differently from other customers due to our race in the store, as her attitude completely changed when speaking to someone else. I understand food service jobs are difficult and underpaid, and I normally would not leave a review, but this experience was unacceptable. Subway management should know how customers are being treated at this location.

    If I could give zero stars, I would consider considering the woman that’s working there. Today was extremely rude and refused service because we had a party of 10. She not only refused to give a corporate number she refused to give a managers name.
