I normally have positive experiences at this location, but recently I didn’t. I took 3 envelopes in of equal size and contents. They contained Mother’s Day cards and gift cards. All three were destined for the Phoenix area. Two of them were “supposedly” going to make it by Saturday (the day before Mother’s Day). I agreed to pay the higher price to get at least two of them there in time. However, they didn’t make it to our moms until Tuesday! So, I went in to request a partial refund, since I paid for something I didn’t get. The manager wasn’t there, but the employee was going to ask if I could get a partial refund, and she was going to call me. That never happened. I paid $34 to get two small envelopes to Phoenix by Saturday, and they didn’t arrive until Tuesday! I think that warrants a partial refund. I just shipped some boxes out, but took them to a different (further away from my home) UPS. Maybe that crew will provide better customer service??

The people working at the store were so helpful, and went out of their way to help me complete my returns. I had several items to return through Amazon, and the girl at the desk was super patient with me, even when I was having a hard time finding the QR code. She also helped me match the right items with the right QR codes, since several of the items were very similar in nature. She did all of that without losing patience, or getting frustrated with me at all, and seemed genuinely happy to help me sort it all out. It’s not the first time I’ve gone to this location either, and the staff here is always pleasant and super helpful.

I just left this store in complete annoyance to the lady that was working she clearly didn’t want to help me for whatever reason. As I walked in she had just finished helping someone so I stood there patiently and she quickly told me and the person behind me it would be 2-3 minutes before she could help us and that I could use the Amazon kiosk to process my return. So I step out of line to figure out how to use the machine and then she decides to help the person behind me before I even made it over to the machine. I was completely appalled. It would have taken her less than 1minute to help me as I had my QR code already up on my phone for her to scan. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.
