  I was officiating a wedding and had to laminate and print the speech quickly before the ceremony. Ethan worked efficiently and his customer service was top tier. He helped adjust the margins of the speech, he assisted in cutting the paper to fit within my bible, and he laminated the 6 pages in a timely manner all while smiling! I would highly recommend that if you go to this UPS, ask for Ethan and you will get wonderful service.

  Ethan was absolutely excellent. He went above and beyond and really treated us like family with our urgent needs. We were well taken care of and our requests were very carefully and efficiently handled. Thank you Ethan.

  Hannah dealt with a rude and time consuming customer with such patient and professionalism as she also helped two other customers with complex issues and totally kept her cool as the line of incoming clients got longer and longer. Hannah you are amazing and kept everyone in a good mood! You handled it with such grace!

  Last time I'll be using this store. Every time I go in, the employees sneer at whatever I'm trying to send, and I'd long suspected they were overcharging. Now I know for a fact they are. I went in on 9/5 around 11:30am because the post office was closed. I had a manila envelope with 2 pairs of pajama pants to ship to CA — envelopes they sell in the store, by the way. The woman working there sneered at it and said she couldn't ship it via UPS because it couldn't be insured. Fine, I said shipping it through USPS was okay. She asked what was inside, and I said "pajamas." She responded "sleep pants?" No, pajamas. She asked me to spell it, and I did, twice. She then quoted me $21 to ship through the post office. When I asked if there was anything cheaper, she said $29 — which is not cheaper. I left and took the package to the actual post office a few days later. They shipped it for $13. If you're going to charge a 62% markup over USPS rates, you should at least offer decent service to go with it.
